Francis Wilks & Jones is a specialized law firm based in London that provides legal services to various clients throughout the UK. A key objective for their new website was to visually align it with their updated branding. They also needed to upgrade from their previous, limited content management system (CMS) to gain full control over their website content. Alongside the visual improvements, there was also a desire to enhance the user experience (UX) by refining and clarifying the user journey. Additionally, after the launch, Francis Wilks & Jones expressed interest in an ongoing SEO campaign aimed at boosting inquiries in specific legal areas and increasing their organic traffic. Through analysis, we eliminated unnecessary elements that were negatively impacting the site’s quality scores and overall performance. Consequently, we redesigned and built a new website featuring mega menus to enhance user navigation and help visitors find what they need. This revamp resulted in a remarkable 330% year-on-year increase in clicks, escalating from 2.53K to 10.9K. Our SEO efforts included optimizing on-site content with long-tail keywords while enhancing their backlink profile and citations for better visibility both locally and nationally. The Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP) is the UK's oldest training organization for Jungian analysts, offering education in Jungian and post-Jungian psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. After experiencing a significant drop in web traffic following a new website launch, SAP sought assistance from Logic Design to recover as much of that traffic as possible through an SEO campaign, as well as to provide hosting for a complex "Moodle" platform. Their objectives included raising brand awareness, attracting more visitors seeking psychological assistance, and boosting engagement with their courses and events. As a well-established entity in the field and from a domain perspective, our aim was to resolve the issues caused by the new site and secure the top ranking for their brand name, "The SAP." Ultimately, we achieved a 10% increase in branded clicks and a remarkable 426% rise in search impressions for branded queries. Throughout the campaign, we addressed numerous issues, which involved creating page titles, meta descriptions, conducting 301 redirects, implementing structured data schema, optimizing content, and making use of internal links. When comparing the first month of the campaign to six months later, clicks to the site increased by 96%, and requests to join the SAP rose by 212%.
