We created an automated service to streamline customers' access to their transaction history. The primary challenge we faced was automating certain services, particularly for viewing and accessing data. We addressed this by using the change date as the key piece of information.

In an effort to enhance its unit management and provide advantages to its members, JunT, a platform that organizes data and information from institutions via custom digital cards, approached our team with a significant challenge regarding the development of a digital solution. Our task was to advance the Stakeholder's Smart Management Startup digital solution by addressing the technological issues that hindered scalability and weakened both operations and the business model. We took over all projects, acting as both the CTO and development team, transforming the Mobile App by switching to Flutter technology, and strategizing the future development of the web application with a new interface built in React.

GCB - Better management

To enhance the value we provide to our client GCB, which is involved in energy generation through renewable sources, flat glass production, real estate development, and cement manufacturing, our team undertook a project aimed at improving employee experience by developing two automation services. GCB's glass production facility (Vivix) previously lacked a streamlined system for employees to quickly generate reports to identify and request repairs for issues in the site facilities. Additionally, there was no effective management system for outsourced services. We created two automation systems: Gotervix, designed to integrate new suppliers and approve new staff, and RDO, an Occurrence Registration system. This application efficiently manages reports on internal incidents and identifies irregularities that need to be addressed.
