She has collaborated with diverse organizations on topics from refugee education to resisting forced marriage and mapping gentrification. Melanie’s recent interactive installations utilize gamification to foster playful, collaborative self-expression in public spaces, evolving toward creating thought-provoking experiences that explore power dynamics and empathy. Skilled in coding, video production, illustration, and digital technologies, she also teaches creative coding and web development.
