Marketing Automation (HubSpot) Consulting & Implementation

Given its significant size and the necessity to foster strong connections with the public, CCB recognized the need for technology to effectively oversee customer relationships and manage marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the institution's cultural agenda while attracting new subscribers to its membership card. To address this, CCB decided to invest in a Marketing Automation platform, specifically HubSpot. This solution enables the organization to manage its entire database, segment its contact lists, and tailor campaigns based on individual user interests. Additionally, it allows for comprehensive analytics across various channels—such as email marketing, paid media, and blogs—providing an integrated approach to managing public relations.

Marketing Automation (HubSpot) Consulting & Odoo Integration

To support its expansion in Portugal and Spain, GoContact recognized the necessity of technology to better organize its marketing and sales funnel and enhance customer relationships. Additionally, the company aimed to make the Inside Sales team's efforts more efficient and improve commercial prospecting. GoContact identified HubSpot as the ideal Marketing Automation platform for its needs, allowing for automated and personalized management of all contacts. Since GoContact was already using Odoo as its CRM, Liminal created a custom integration to ensure continuous synchronization and integration of data between Odoo and HubSpot. To assist the Inside Sales team further, GoContact implemented LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which is directly integrated with HubSpot to save time and streamline the sales process.

Custom CRM Strategy & Implementation

To address the challenges arising from the company's expansion, Moviter needed to organize, train, and enhance its commercial efforts, focusing not only on acquiring new clients but also on managing existing ones. Given the nature of the business, a tailored CRM was created to oversee the entire sales cycle of the company. This CRM, fully integrated with the company's ERP, was designed around three key modules: Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities. It also tracks all information related to meetings, visits, and proposals, featuring a proposal configurator to improve the sales team's workflow. The platform includes essential tools for managing the sales pipeline, enabling access to vital business information during the sales process and allowing for the geo-mapping of customers and prospects via Google Maps to optimize business visits. Additionally, it automatically sends notifications and alerts to management and sales teams. With this custom CRM, the sales team's workflow has been optimized, leading to the acquisition of accurate and comprehensive data on the sales pipeline. It also facilitates detailed analytics and reporting on key performance indicators and sales outcomes.
