Forcepoint Needs Overall Digital Marketing Help

What goals was Forcepoint aiming for? Forcepoint’s digital marketing strategy was quite disorganized, lacking reliable website analytics, tracking or measuring marketing outcomes, regular reporting, and clear marketing objectives. How We Surpassed Forcepoint’s Expectations The initial step involved implementing Google Analytics. This required collaborating with various teams to determine which conversions (goals) and events should be monitored. Thankfully, connecting Google Analytics with Marketo and Salesforce was relatively simple. The following 60 days focused on collecting sufficient data to establish baseline KPIs, determining what conversions were occurring, the cost per lead, and the lead volume, among other metrics. During this time, we began to identify which marketing strategies were effective, which were not, and how users were engaging with the website. Interestingly, although Forcepoint had not been tracking its digital marketing, it was generating leads in Marketo and synchronizing that data with Salesforce. While we could see the total number of leads generated, the specific marketing tactics responsible were unclear. Thus, we relied on the overall lead figures and marketing expenditure for optimization. After this initial period, we commenced aggressive optimization, significantly cutting back on underperforming marketing efforts and greatly increasing investment in successful strategies. We also trialed new marketing methods, such as a fresh account-based marketing campaign. The results were outstanding: we quadrupled lead volume while keeping the same marketing budget and reduced the cost per lead by nearly 90%. Additionally, we introduced a new trial offer for one of the products and boosted the trial-to-signup conversion rate by 400% in the first month. Financial Impact The financial repercussions were significant. A new system for lead routing needed to be established, and additional Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) were required to handle the increased lead flow. The annual revenue impact is currently being assessed, and the company is broadening its product lineup while enhancing product development, resulting in improved rankings in product reviews by independent research firms.

Automation Anywhere Looks to Take Over the World

What was Automation Anywhere aiming to accomplish? Initially, Automation Anywhere was spending over $1,900 per lead when they began collaborating with us. They needed to boost their lead generation while keeping their existing marketing budget intact. Operating on a global scale, many of their campaigns were replicated and launched across various markets without any customization, and all were only in English. How We Surpassed Automation Anywhere’s Expectations Over Time Keen to implement quick improvements, our team initiated a strategy audit. We discovered conflicting goals within their marketing department: increasing lead volume, enhancing impression share, and boosting brand awareness. Automation Anywhere was attempting to address all these objectives with a single campaign set. Recognizing this, we decided to segment the campaigns into groups to address each conflicting goal individually. Next, we conducted a content audit to leverage existing materials effectively. Identifying what had already been created and determining the best ways to utilize those marketing assets was a crucial step. We then established new landing pages and repurposed existing ones to better align the content with the keywords and phrases Automation Anywhere aimed to target. Relevant content is essential for running successful lead generation campaigns. After a month of launching and optimizing existing campaigns while integrating some new landing pages, we managed to reduce the cost per lead (CPL) to $983. Originally, the CPL was $1,936. In the following months, our team focused on improving the account structure, optimizing accounts, refining ad copy (shifting towards more client-oriented, problem-solution messaging and removing feature-focused copy), enhancing landing pages, fine-tuning targeted keyword phrases, and emphasizing lead generation at a lower CPL rather than solely concentrating on position rank (a conversion at position 3 is more cost-effective than one at position 1 in terms of cost-per-click). All these efforts resulted in the CPL dropping to $439. Eventually, a comprehensive analysis of Automation Anywhere's competitors revealed that our "contact us" form was not competitive. Competitors were offering white papers, third-party reports, and free trials. In response, we developed and launched a free trial offer, which yielded remarkable results. In the final month of this offer, the CPL dropped to $63. Financial Impact The financial results of our marketing optimization were significant. At the start of our collaboration, Automation Anywhere was generating around 150 leads per month with a 2% lead-to-customer conversion rate. By the end of our efforts, the company was generating nearly 8,000 leads per month (after increasing the budget) with a conversion rate of 2.5%. This represented a 100-fold increase in new customers compared to their previous marketing strategies. Marketing Goals Achieved and Exceeded In addition to boosting new customer acquisitions through digital marketing by 100 times, we also succeeded in achieving other marketing objectives: enhancing brand awareness through diverse marketing tactics raised overall ad impressions by 300%, and focusing on key phrases most likely to drive awareness with a dedicated budget resulted in a 25% increase in overall impression share.

Premier Workspaces Needs to Fill Empty Offices

What were Premier Workspaces' objectives? When they partnered with us, Premier Workspaces was spending over $200 for each lead. They aimed to boost their lead generation while keeping their marketing budget intact. Operating across 90 locations nationwide, many of their campaigns were adapted and launched in different markets. How We Surpassed Premier's Expectations. Premier Workspaces, formerly known as PB Centers, initiated our collaboration prior to their rebranding. Previous marketing strategies yielded leads (including form submissions and phone inquiries) costing between $171 and $186 per lead, varying by month due to the seasonal nature of office leasing. The average cost per click (CPC) was about $5.37, with an average click-through rate (CTR) ranging from 1.71% to 3.04%, and conversion rates between 2.25% and 3.65%. Without altering any of the landing pages, our team concentrated on refining the bidding strategy, enhancing ad copy, and optimizing targeted keywords. After a month of adjusting the existing campaigns, we reduced the cost per lead (CPL) to $89, lowered the average CPC to $3.09, increased the average CTR to 3.51%, and raised the conversion rate to 4.55%. Financial Impact Our marketing optimization had a significant financial effect. While keeping the monthly budget stable, our team boosted monthly lead numbers from 71-151 to 350. Initially, only 15 locations achieved 90% occupancy or higher; six months later, this increased to 59 locations (representing 65% of all sites). Additionally, virtual office memberships rose by 50%, and the total hours booked for conference rooms soared by 205%. Achieved and Exceeded Marketing Goals The original target was to generate qualified leads at $125 each, which we exceeded by 34%, allowing us to produce 30% more leads than anticipated. This success has resulted in record levels of occupancy, memberships, and revenue in the company’s history.
