Upon my return to the UK, I transitioned into recruitment, working closely with Peter Thomson, a charismatic and passionate leader who taught me that authenticity and effort lead to remarkable achievements. After Peter's company was sold and the personal, dynamic essence of recruitment diminished within a larger firm, I felt compelled to create something different. In 2007, I founded Liberty Towers, aiming to restore the human touch to recruitment and prioritize genuine relationships over rigid procedures.
