Lexworks

In 2025, we developed a comprehensive video marketplace SaaS platform tailored for a content creator network, enabling creators to publish, monetize, and engage audiences through subscriptions, individual purchases, and live streaming. Addressing complex integration challenges, we unified video streaming, community forums, payment processing, and authentication into a cohesive user experience. By implementing a structured two-week sprint process, clear API contracts, and event-driven architecture, we ensured efficient parallel development across a four-developer team while managing evolving multi-stakeholder requirements through weekly prioritization. Utilizing technologies like React Native, AWS cloud services, an open-source forum, and Stripe Connect, we successfully delivered a scalable, feature-rich platform over 12 months, exemplifying the effectiveness of disciplined project management and modular design in complex SaaS solutions.
