Butterfli: Access for All Program
As part of Metro's Access for All initiative, which aims to enhance wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) services throughout Los Angeles County, Butterfli Technologies collaborated with Lee Andrews Group to execute a comprehensive, multi-faceted campaign involving branding, web design, social media marketing, public relations, and event management. Butterfli, a mobility company dedicated to equity and inclusion, sought to raise awareness, foster public trust, and establish itself as a preferred provider of WAV transportation. Lee Andrews Group developed a bold and inclusive brand identity for Butterfli, comprising a new logo, color scheme, tagline, and multilingual materials for both online and print use. The team also created a streamlined, accessible website optimized for user experience, search engine visibility, and effortless rider sign-up. Under the guidance of Creative Director Ritvik Agarwal, the digital strategy included keyword optimization, analytics tracking, and ongoing SEO enhancements. The team launched focused social media campaigns to engage audiences, boost website traffic, and enhance Butterfli’s online visibility. At the same time, we managed public relations initiatives and obtained media coverage from outlets like 2UrbanGirls, Streetsblog LA, and The Wave, broadening the company's visibility throughout L.A. County. Through grassroots outreach and event activations, we established strategic partnerships with community organizations to reach underserved populations. Within just the first week post-launch, Butterfli successfully provided over 100 WAV rides, showcasing the effectiveness of integrated design, storytelling, and community-focused strategies in achieving prompt, measurable results. The campaign not only raised Butterfli's profile but also solidified its standing as a vital service provider promoting equity in transportation.
