With additional credentials in executive coaching and Lean Six Sigma, he brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience and a decade of consulting expertise. At Leadershyft, Kevin adopts a distinct consulting approach that focuses on the individuals within an organization as well as its structure. He understands that successful business and personal interactions hinge on relationships, which fuels his enthusiasm for effective leadership.
