WHITEFOX REAL ESTATE aimed to establish a real estate brand that defied traditional expectations. When Marty first penned the name WHITEFOX in 2006, it was merely a name. A decade later, equipped with valuable experience and insights, the business was poised for launch; it simply required a visual identity. The directive was straightforward: design a real estate brand that distinctly strayed from conventional branding norms. Armed with a license to challenge industry standards—often seen as outdated—we set out to innovate. Starting from the ground up, WHITEFOX Real Estate has since facilitated over $800 million in luxury property transactions in Melbourne, quickly rising to prominence as one of Australia's leading real estate brands. This success is attributed not only to their striking and sophisticated visual identity but also to their ongoing commitment to innovation in the industry. The statistics reveal a staggering 3:1 ratio of male suicides compared to females. FOR MEN is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing this figure to zero. Their strategy focuses on fostering grit, resilience, and mental well-being among these men through skill-building workshops, community events, and a strong sense of belonging. The mission was straightforward: to create a lifestyle brand that men would feel proud to associate with, challenging the stereotype that men don’t communicate. Initially, the brand considered a black and white color scheme, but ultimately decided to shift away from the conventional teal or blue by introducing a soft pink, symbolizing that men do engage in conversation. Each of the brand’s core pillars—professional, social, physical, and personal—promotes self-leadership. All events, programs, and initiatives supported by FOR MEN aim to cultivate this self-leadership within the community. The hope is to empower men aged 16 to 35 to thrive during this stage of their lives through grit and resilience gained from self-leadership. Project Scope.
