Challenges to Address: A group of professional gamers commissioned LaraX.Co to design and develop a gaming application. They aimed to create a platform with specific features: the ability for users to link their bank accounts, an easy option to choose online teammates, and the opportunity to start playing with minimal budgets to attract younger audiences. This project had been attempted previously but faced issues such as database design challenges and difficulties with implementing online races and matches. The main obstacle was the application’s inability to support more than 1000 concurrent users. LaraX.Co needed to provide solutions to rectify this issue and improve the app's capabilities. Solutions: The technical team at LaraX, which includes specialists in design and development, endeavored to create a new gaming platform distinct from existing versions in the market. It was essential to develop features that were user-friendly for younger players, as requested by the client. For the mobile app, Java technology was utilized for Android and Swift for iOS. The project was completed in five months, considering the complexity of the client’s requirements and their specific preferences. Numerous meetings were held to clarify the customers' ideas, needs, and priorities. Our team members tested the application extensively, playing online for hours to identify and resolve bugs, ultimately making numerous adjustments and improvements until the outcome was satisfactory for both parties. LaraX.Co assigned a dedicated team comprising three developers, one product owner, and one project manager to this project. **Features:** The platform includes third-party integration, which allows it to connect with various official and government websites to share information and retrieve specific data, as well as to generate reports and conduct data analysis. User profiles are crafted to be sophisticated due to the critical information required by administrators and other official organizations for account verification and data management. Additionally, there is a comprehensive database containing information on over 2,000 users with diverse personal and professional details, along with features for uploading various forms and certifications and conducting online signature verifications. It presents all available product options, allowing customers to make informed decisions when adding items to their carts. The app processes orders, analyzes them, and forwards them to participating supermarkets. Each supermarket then assesses the orders to identify available items, with products dispatched from the closest store. The software assists users in locating nearby stores, comparing brands, finding desired prices, and evaluating service quality.
