Named after a well-known entry point to the boundary waters, we were excited about this opportunity. Boundary Waters Bank exemplifies Lake One’s Fractional CMO collaborations. We teamed up with Authentic Brand, which appointed a Fractional CMO to elevate the regional bank's marketing efforts. Website Revamp One of the initial steps in this process was refreshing a dated online presence. “We needed our site to be more user-friendly for both our customers and employees…,” says Nina Bowen, Vice President at Boundary Waters Bank. “Additionally, we sought a more modern and creative identity,” she notes. Previously, the website was managed by a third-party vendor, limiting the bank's control over its design and operations. Furthermore, the team required a quick turnaround.
