A Wider Circle Community Ball

A Wider Circle

Over a six-month period, LAI Live collaborated with A Wider Circle to create the 2021 "Grow" Community Ball. The final production was a hybrid event showcasing inspiring visuals influenced by street art, honoring the organization’s roots in the DC area and celebrating the volunteers, donors, staff, and supporters who contribute to A Wider Circle's mission.

The Power of In-Person: ASAE's Power of A Summit A

Anerican Society of Association Executives (ASAE)

LAI Live had the opportunity to produce and design the 2021 ASAE Summit Awards. After a year of virtual events, the Summit Awards made a comeback at the National Building Museum with an in-person gala that included a reception, ceremonies, and, of course, music! This year's theme highlighted the strength of associations in supporting their member communities throughout the past year. To visually convey this theme, LAI Live created a scenic design featuring bands of material that ran parallel but connected at the top. The awards' branded sign was strategically placed to shape the bands into the letter A, representing "The Power of A."

IFA 2019: Creating A Buzz in Las Vegas

To capitalize on the popular event trend of FOMO this year, LAI Live created a Media Booth that hosted a variety of activities. Each day, the main events featured in-depth interviews with important figures from the convention, including the CEO, Board Chair, keynote speakers, and NextGen competitors. These segments were broadcasted live on Facebook, generating excitement for upcoming events, summarizing insights from past activities, and exploring the backgrounds of speakers, contestants, and the organization more thoroughly. Positioned in a prime area, the booth allowed attendees to connect with influencers after their segments. When not streaming, the LAI Video team utilized the booth as a base for conducting interviews with attendees and capturing additional event footage. The brightly colored, branded space also drew attendees for photo opportunities and social media engagement!
