Lab7 is a design agency that specializes in user experience and product design for cybersecurity. We create interfaces for security-sensitive settings where clarity is crucial for decision-making. Our focus is on intricate systems rather than the standard UX approach typical of most design agencies. We aim to minimize cognitive load in high-stress scenarios, assisting security teams in two main ways: 1. We offer exclusive MVP products, where each product is sold to a single buyer. These include pre-designed cybersecurity tools ready for purchase. 2. We provide custom UX design for cybersecurity, collaborating with teams developing security products while ensuring a clear definition of the scope, screens, and goals. Our process is asynchronous, prioritizing documentation, and we can provide detailed walkthroughs and design explanations upon request.
