Prilo is an innovative platform designed for managing car transportation. It connects carriers with individuals and companies seeking partners for transporting their vehicles. Our objective was to create a marketplace for carriers and shippers that simplifies the ordering process, provides information on available transport options, and makes managing car transportation easy, affordable, and enjoyable. Before developing the platform, we conducted a Product Discovery process to gain insights into market, user, and business needs. In collaboration with the client, we analyzed competitors and outlined business requirements, values, and models. We mapped out the processes and then developed concepts and assumptions for the product's growth. The next phase involved UX design and usability testing, allowing us to enhance the project during its early stages. Ultimately, we focused on UI design and development, and we also created a mobile app for tracking shipments.

Established in 1885, it has established a presence in various areas of banking, finance, and insurance, making it one of Europe's top banks. Our objective was to create a desktop application that enables insurance agents in retail locations to sell HOME, ZMOB, and UzP insurance products to clients. The development of this platform was preceded by a Product Discovery process, which was instrumental in identifying the market, user, and business needs. Given the ever-evolving and complex nature of the insurance sector, we conducted a series of workshops to enhance our understanding of our users, along with the legal and technological aspects involved. Our goal was to standardize the insurance sales process. To achieve this, we utilized tools such as User Stories, User Flow, and Service Blueprint throughout the design phase. During the UX/UI process, we also conducted usability testing on the proposed solutions.
