We were tasked with developing mobile and desktop applications for electrical engineering club members to access a range of supplies as part of a bonus club program. Although there was a previous solution for Web and mobile applications for members, it used outdated technology and lacked a user-friendly interface. Since we couldn't reuse the existing code, we had to start our development from scratch. The project's primary objectives included enhancing usability, ensuring that companies wishing to register can verify their eligibility as club members, and making any changes within the application immediately visible. To achieve these goals, we completely redesigned the user experience, focusing on optimizing the user's journey and improving clarity. Additionally, we implemented a testing system; when a company attempts to register for the club program through the application, it must pass a test to verify its expertise in electrical engineering services. Companies can also use a barcode or QR code to earn bonuses and redeem gifts. Furthermore, the application is integrated with Salesforce, providing access to significant production data of the parent company. We ensured that the application updates automatically with any changes. We're nearing the completion of this project, and after the launch, the parent company will be able to use the application for various clubs tailored to different business needs, with support for multiple languages based on regional requirements.

Donat-e. A SaaS platform for charity campaigns

When individuals or organizations want to launch a charity campaign, they often face financial constraints that prevent them from building a high-quality website. This is especially true for non-profit organizations, which may struggle to afford any type of site. To address this issue, we conceived a solution specifically for charity programs: a SaaS platform that allows users to create campaigns, manage fundraising efforts, and handle related activities. We developed a campaign builder that enables organizations to customize and set up everything necessary to run their campaigns effectively. Additionally, we've integrated features like IP telephony and PayPal, eliminating the need for separate setup, and assisted our clients in reducing costs by deploying on hardware rather than AWS servers. There is also a wide range of functionality available now. This was just the first phase, an MVP. We are now progressing to the next stage, with even more features on the way.

We have created a platform designed to streamline human resources management. Employees can easily oversee their vacation details, salaries, and more. For those managing large companies with numerous staff, a user-friendly resource management tool is essential, right? Employees benefit from being able to track their worked hours and see how many paid vacation days they have remaining. To address this need, Koroka Solutions has developed a user-friendly employee portal. Through this portal, individuals can manage their calendars, submit requests for pay adjustments or time off, and more. It's a comprehensive tool that simplifies the human resources process. Additionally, there's a referral program allowing employees to recommend friends for open positions. Given that this system holds a considerable amount of private and sensitive information, we face the challenge of ensuring all data is secure and compliant with HIPAA standards. Currently, 90% of the portal is ready for deployment, and we are now entering the Beta-testing phase before the official launch.
