Local natural and cultural heritage presentation

This initiative is part of the larger Interreg EU-funded project, EnjoyHeritage. It features a platform that includes iOS and Android applications along with a tailored content management system. Each participating city utilized EU funds to invest in the revitalization of their local natural and cultural heritage, enhancing the tourist appeal of these areas. Our task was to showcase these sites in a creative manner, catering to both children and teenagers visiting with their families or schools, as well as adult tourists. The outcome is the Enjoheritage mobile app for iOS and Android, which presents local routes in the form of point-collection challenges. Users check in via GPS as they visit each location, gradually revealing portions of a route mascot. Once all points are visited, the complete mascot is unveiled, allowing the user to take a selfie with it! After the photo, users can engage in a quick quiz to test their newfound knowledge about the site.
