About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in 1992 by Keith Steier, Knockout Renovation embodies a commitment to honest, high-quality home remodeling in New York City. Keith's extensive background, from his U.S. Navy service where he honed welding, plumbing, and damage control skills, to hands-on roles at prestigious Manhattan residences, laid a strong foundation for the company. The team includes Designer Project Managers who expertly oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring design and execution align seamlessly. Office Coordinators adeptly manage logistics, procurement, and NYC permit acquisition, maintaining project compliance and momentum. Moreover, rigorously vetted tradespeople bring years of craftsmanship, upholding Knockout's excellence standards. Together, this dedicated team delivers remodeling experiences marked by professionalism and superior quality.
