Founded by three Englishmen and an Australian outback nomad, the team shares core values of trust, mutual challenge, and a passion for creating exceptional video content. The co-founders each bring unique experiences: Charlie Fox, having filmed in 23 countries under extreme conditions, applies adaptability and creative problem-solving; Jake Kirby, hailing from rural Australia, has a documentary and branded content background enriched by global adventures; Matt Hill contributes expertise in branded content with a broad international portfolio; and James England specializes in post-production and production, ensuring seamless project execution.
