Here are some key highlights about my background: - I have managed teams of over 20 as a CHRO and have also worked as the sole HR professional in a company. - For most of my career, I have reported directly to owners, founders, presidents, or CEOs. - I have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) spanning nearly a decade, having been on the acquired side in a $2 billion deal and leading complex integration processes for a combined business valued at $10 billion, which involved managing multiple acquisitions. - I have worked with three different private equity groups at both the holding company and portfolio company levels, ranging from smaller firms targeting deals under $10 million to large investment firms with over $60 billion in assets. - I graduated at the top of my class from what I consider the premier HR Graduate program in the United States, located at the University of Illinois. - My business experience spans across many states, including extensive work in California. - I possess expertise in both international and unionized as well as non-unionized environments in privately and publicly held companies, covering field, corporate, and multi-unit roles with team sizes from 100 to 75,000 members.
