Membership & Events Management System

CAPIC

The main aim of the project was to create a comprehensive solution for over 5,000 paid members and more than 7,000 free members of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), which is Canada’s largest non-profit organization offering Continuing Professional Development for lawyers and regulated immigration consultants. The project involved developing a Microsoft Azure Cloud-based application for managing memberships, registrations for seminars and events, mass mailing, financial management, an educational center with a search engine, a knowledge cloud, and more. I created a centralized cloud application called CAPIC Connect, which operates on Microsoft Azure Cloud and incorporates high-level privacy and security measures, including a Cloudflare firewall. The application features a two-factor authentication system for both registration and login. Membership management functionalities include profile creation, document collection, payment processing via Bambora SDK, personal details, professional history, email preferences, member search, Outlook-integrated ticketing, and various additional features. The seminars and events system encompasses seminar details, venue information, agenda management, speaker management, sub-event management, registration and discount options, dietary restrictions for attendees, guest registrations, breakout sessions, group registrations, and access to event documents and videos, among other capabilities. The mass mailing system was created using the Amazon SES mailing system, while the financial management features cover invoicing, refunds, payments, credits, discounts, and integration with QuickBooks. The Education Center and Knowledge Cloud boast nearly 100,000 documents, supported by a fast and precise Elasticsearch-based search engine. The websites were designed with corporate colors and branding in mind, and a Content Management System was implemented to manage the website content.

Cloud Based Financial Accounting System

ActEaze Informatics

ActEaze is a comprehensive cloud-based financial accounting system that surpasses the speed, security, and functionalities of any established accounting system available. It encompasses all necessary features, including Company Creation, Management of Groups and Ledgers, Single Voucher Entry (covering Journal, Contra, Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Debit Note, and Credit Note), Multi Voucher Entry, Excel imports, Invoicing/Sales, Purchase Orders, Payments & Deductions, and Receipts & Settlements. It also provides essential reports such as Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statement, Ledgers, Day Book, Cash Book, and Bank Book, among others. I suggested and then developed the project in two layers. The backend tier was tailored for accounting professionals, incorporating all forms of voucher entries like Journal, Contra, Sales, Purchases, Payments, Receipts, Credit Memos, and Debit Memos. Both Single and Multi Voucher entry systems were created, along with various detailed reports that included Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Trial Balances, Ledger Reports, Cash Books, Bank Books, Day Books, and more. The frontend tier was designed for end-users such as businesses and retail stores, featuring invoices, pro forma invoices, delivery notes, purchases, purchase orders, payments with deductions, receipts, and various tax calculations.

Free Law - India's largest legal tech platform

De Jure LegalTech

The project aimed to link 42,000 lawyers, law students, and honorable judges with the general public. Its objectives included creating business productivity tools for lawyers, such as a case management system, a discussion forum, a Supreme Court case law search engine, and a webinar registration platform. Another goal was to help lawyers acquire clients by developing a smart algorithm that connects individuals seeking legal advice with appropriate lawyers in their local areas. Additionally, the project planned to implement drip marketing strategies using WhatsApp and emails. I created a web application based on Windows Server, which was hosted on the company's dedicated server. The case management system was designed to help lawyers oversee their cases, schedule dates, maintain a case diary, take notes, and set reminders for upcoming court dates. The discussion forum was established for interaction between lawyers, law students, and judges. A robust search engine was developed to provide access to 1.1 million judgments and case laws from the Supreme Court and other courts, delivering accurate results in three seconds or less. We also developed a system for managing and registering webinars, along with a platform for the public to seek legal advice from lawyers via SMS. Drip marketing efforts were executed using the WhatsApp API and a mass mailing system through Microsoft SendGrid.
