As a result, we are significantly lowering the licensing expenses for multiple solutions that were previously used for similar processes. Additionally, by employing a Change Management methodology based on PMI standards, we have improved the adaptation process and enhanced the early identification of potential issues. However, this is just the start; we are committed to assisting the organization in making more informed decisions through a unified management system.
