A single management system, how we are helping to integrate a single solution for business growth.

Unknown

Dispro faced challenges as they utilized various market solutions that worked for them at the time, but the lack of full integration led them to discover Kanban ERP. To address this, we gather and analyze information about their processes to effectively design them for the new software. This approach not only enables early interaction for the organization's staff with the new system but also allows us to swiftly adjust to their requirements. As a result, we are significantly lowering the licensing expenses for multiple solutions that were previously used for similar processes. Additionally, by employing a Change Management methodology based on PMI standards, we have improved the adaptation process and enhanced the early identification of potential issues. However, this is just the start; we are committed to assisting the organization in making more informed decisions through a unified management system.

The Challenge: The goal is to launch an eCommerce site that promotes a unique, special, sustainable product from Uruguay. The Process: To achieve this, we adopt agile methodologies, prioritizing the Client's needs and engaging them early on to gather their feedback and validate the user experience in terms of usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction. The Results: Pichón.uy successfully established a strong sales channel along with an integrated inventory management system, all made possible by Kanban eCommerce. We prioritize ensuring that eCommerce serves the consumer rather than the other way around, providing transparency about stock levels and manufacturing timelines for both parties.

**The Challenge**: Identify the traits, aspirations, and requirements of a new market segment to enable the client to create a new business unit. **The Process**: To accomplish this, we utilize a rapid analysis methodology for the value proposition. Our approach involves a three-step strategy that is implemented directly in the field. **The Results**: We focused on communicating with the target markets and gathered essential insights needed to shape the value proposition. Additionally, leveraging support from the existing market, we developed a strategic map to capitalize on the established trust, facilitating the integration of the new segment. Ultimately, we assessed how the business units could mutually enhance each other, determining a balance point for the planned actions, which led to the creation of a strategic plan for the organization.
