Kaizen's main functions have been in engineering and project management. **SOLUTION:** How did you choose Kaizen, and what factors influenced your decision? The client had previously engaged with Kaizen before our team became involved in the project. We collaborated throughout the phases of discovery, strategy, design, development, testing, and launch, with the aim of creating an intuitive product that provides daily programming to over 100,000 users. **RESOURCES:** How many people from the Kaizen team worked with you, and what were their roles? As the project progressed, Kaizen adeptly adjusted their team size to meet project requirements, with essential roles encompassing front-end development, back-end development, and project management. The team size fluctuated between 5 to 10 members depending on the project phase. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK:** Can you highlight any quantifiable results from the project or general feedback on the deliverables? After we launched the revamped app, we experienced a 30% drop in churn and a significant increase in new users. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT:** Describe their project management approach, including communication methods and timeliness.
