Built In is a thriving online community for national startups and tech professionals, dedicated to supporting career growth and connecting individuals with mission-driven companies. To embody their purpose of "Empowering Humans to Build the Future," they collaborated with us to create an emotionally compelling video. After exploring various creative concepts, we chose a live-action shoot featuring Built In's own employees, filmed at their Chicago headquarters and nearby locations. This intimate production embraced natural lighting and a moody aesthetic, enabling efficient shooting with a small crew. The final edit, enriched by carefully selected music, resonated deeply with viewers, earning heartfelt praise from staff and leadership alike. The three-month process exemplified a true team effort, bringing Built In's mission vividly to life.
