Bay Alarm

Unknown

**SITUATION** Bay Alarm is a family-run, locally-operated firm that specializes exclusively in security for homes and businesses. The market, previously dominated by a single national competitor, has seen a significant transformation with the entrance of cable and telecommunications companies. **SOLUTION** In an environment where rivals resort to fear tactics and short-term offers such as discounts, free gear, and service bundles, we identified a chance for Bay Alarm to differentiate itself by remaining true to its core identity: Bay Alarm is the local security authority dedicated solely to protecting what matters to you. **SUCCESS** Over our 25-year partnership, we have assisted Bay Alarm in becoming the largest independently-owned security provider in the U.S., growing from five branch locations to 16 across five key markets in California and Arizona.

Bishop Ranch

Unknown

**SITUATION** In 1981, Bishop Ranch sought our assistance in creating a strategy to attract Fortune 500 and other prominent companies to move their back office and regional operations to their 585-acre suburban business park. The challenge lay in informing real estate decision-makers about the advantages of the East Bay Area. **SOLUTION** We capitalized on Bishop Ranch’s initial success in securing major tenants like Chevron, Toyota, and Pacific Telephone to establish the park as the preferred destination for top companies. A comprehensive advertising campaign focused on brand development formed the foundation of a client-agency partnership that has thrived for 37 years. **SUCCESS** Today, Bishop Ranch is recognized as one of the most esteemed business communities in the United States, boasting an impressive roster of tenants including many leading names in American business, as well as numerous growing companies.

SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service

Unknown

SITUATION SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service, a franchise-based automotive service provider, is encountering various significant challenges: intense competition based on pricing from national quick lube chains, dealerships, and local auto shops; increased intervals between oil changes due to advancements in automotive technology; and consumer misunderstandings regarding the full range of services offered. Many people think they only perform oil changes, right? SOLUTION SpeeDee provides much more than just oil changes – in fact, a lot more – so we tackled that misconception head-on, showcasing everything we can offer by also pointing out the things we don’t handle. While anyone can perform an oil change, at SpeeDee, our goal is to elevate your expectations. SUCCESS Since launching the You’ll Love What We Can Do. campaign nationwide in 2015, customer visits and sales have risen in a sector that has generally experienced a steady decline in both key performance indicators.
