JRM was established by Jack R. Mesa, who began his career in marketing and advertising in broadcasting as a radio programming analyst at I-95 FM WINZ-FM with Guy Gannett Publishing. He later held various roles at the Paxson Communications Group (now iHeart Media), including producer, graphic artist, traffic director, and retail promotions director, eventually becoming the well-known promotions and radio personality "Cap'n Jack" at Classic Rock Station WZTA 94.9 FM "Zeta-4". Additionally, he founded and produced the 90's syndicated video network "RMT", Rock Music Television. In the late 90s, JRM set up one of Miami-Dade's first Internet marketing service bureaus. Today, he continues to serve loyal clients who value straightforward and personalized services amid the rise of automation. JRM maintains the original passion that has kept clients returning for years.
