Our Challenge ATI, an architectural and engineering consultancy established in 1980 and based in Dubai, has expanded into a global firm with offices in Istanbul, Tokyo, Bucharest, Kiev, Batumi, Sharjah, and Dubai. They approached Jpd to modernize their brand and achieve a consistent presence across various platforms, while also embodying their core philosophy of creating universal design concepts that resonate with local cultures and values. Our Solution Jpd developed a cohesive brand identity that addressed prominent issues and highlighted the firm's heritage. The absence of brand guidelines had led to misconceptions around brand recognition, which needed addressing to enhance future growth opportunities for the company. **Our Solution:** After conducting a strategic review and collaborating closely with the client, Jpd devised a detailed rebranding plan. Upon analyzing all existing company materials, the team identified that the new Dragon Oil brand lacked a comprehensive positioning. They proposed a cohesive brand direction, titled “Accelerating Growth,” which embodied the company's integrated service offerings and commitment to quality, all while fostering continuous innovation. **The Results:** The Jpd team carried out a Brand Logo Refinement process, incorporating a custom modern font in English, Arabic, and Russian, symbolizing innovation while ensuring readability and usability.
