Founded by a Certified Public Accountant (Marcus Jonesi, CPA, PMP) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Cristen Jonesi, LCSW, PMP), our consultancy emphasizes this combination. Financial understanding helps determine the viability of an AI project, while behavioral knowledge assesses the likelihood of team adoption. We incorporate both aspects in all our collaborations. Our services address common organizational challenges: AI Integration Workshops to enhance team skills and establish governance; Professional AI Coaching for managers who are converting pilot projects into sustainable practices; and Ongoing Consulting Retainers for executive teams aiming to develop AI as a long-lasting operational asset. We work with clients throughout Texas and are willing to travel nationwide for suitable projects. Our distinctive frameworks provide clarity in a complex field, including the Jonesi AI Adoption Model for assessing organizational maturity, the 7-Level ROI Framework for tracking returns on investments from individual efficiency to overall enterprise capacity, and the Multiplier Method for determining initial development priorities. Additionally, we educate clients on recognized frameworks, such as Anthropic's 4Ds AI Fluency Model. These tools help organizations shift from inconsistent implementations to systematic, measurable adoption. In each engagement, we focus on predetermined ROI metrics rather than billable hours. Our workshops are interactive and kept small to ensure effective facilitation. Coaching is offered through a subscription model with quarterly renewals, and retainers start with a six-month contract. Our billing is based on the risks mitigated and capabilities developed, rather than time spent. Pricing is as follows: Workshops starting at $14,000, Coaching at $600 per employee per month, and Retainers starting at $7,000 per month, with package deals available. Our fundamental belief is that AI enhances human potential rather than replacing it.
