OUR STORY
Founded in November 2009 by Warren Johnson after notable leadership roles at major firms, Johnson Design Group (JDG) swiftly made its mark by designing the New Century International Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Tianjin, China. This achievement led to ten more healthcare projects and expanded JDG’s portfolio to include hospitality and multifamily developments worldwide, including countries like India, Egypt, Russia, and Trinidad. In 2012, JDG became the sixth studio of a larger local firm for Houston-area projects but later returned to independent operations, focusing on smaller projects and rebuilding its portfolio.
