We began our partnership with this client in November 2020. They had previously worked with another agency but were dissatisfied due to inadequate communication, unreliable tracking and reporting, and a sense of being overlooked. **Objectives** The client aimed to establish a strong presence in the Sydney market, with the long-term intention of expanding to other cities in Australia. To reach this goal, they required a steady influx of high-quality leads through their website, particularly focusing on kitchen benchtops, which are the most lucrative segment of their business. **Our Approach** We initiated the development of new campaigns aligned with the client's business objectives. These campaigns were crafted in accordance with Google Ads best practices, including thorough keyword research, effective ad copywriting, and testing a variety of ad formats (Expanded Text Ads at that time). We established and tested conversion tracking to assess outcomes and secure reliable data for optimizing the campaigns. The number of leads began to increase rapidly; however, our aim was to develop a sustainable strategy for ongoing high-quality lead generation. This involved continuous testing of keywords, keyword match types, and variations in ad copy. We paused non-converting keywords and incorporated location-specific keywords, which led to improved conversion rates. In addition to standard Search campaigns, we leveraged Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) to capture additional search queries that traditional keyword-based campaigns might miss. **Key Results** We compared the new campaigns developed by JK Digital with those from the previous agency.

When we began our collaboration in mid-2022, they were gradually bouncing back from the substantial effects of Covid-19 on live events. Their primary objective was to attract leads through their website and return the business to its pre-pandemic performance. We initiated Google Search and DSA campaigns to target in-market audiences, along with two Video campaigns designed to enhance brand awareness. The client possessed excellent footage from previous events, showcasing the fun and vibrant atmosphere, which proved to be a valuable asset for video advertising. Subsequently, we included a Display campaign to further support top-of-the-funnel engagement. The ongoing challenge was to reacquaint people with the concept of live events following an extended period of lockdowns. Within a few months, the newly launched campaigns consistently generated new inquiries.
