**CLIENT PROFILE** Effortel is a global Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) and Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) based in Switzerland. The company has successfully launched 14 MVNOs for leading clients across 8 different countries. Effortel is well-known for its proficiency in the deployment, integration, customization, management, and expansion of BSS/OSS platforms. **CHALLENGES** Effortel partnered with JEVERA to create an innovative mobile platform, with the goal of developing a state-of-the-art MVNO Business Support System (BSS). This project required effective communication, management of dependencies, and strict adherence to delivery timelines. **PROVIDED SOLUTION** JEVERA played a crucial role in developing multiple elements of the Telco BSS platform, including both front-end and back-end components. The initial focus was on building a server-based Business Application Orchestrator (BAO), which handled third-party SOAP data, converted it into native mobile suite data, facilitated authentication, configured specific channels, and managed data flows. Following this, we created adaptors and converters for API calls, utilizing the pre-existing BAO. This approach made it easier for virtual and mobile network operators to transition to newer product versions and provided flexibility in enabling or disabling features, meeting Effortel's requirements and allowing for future enhancements. **FUNCTIONALITY** 1. Development of a new post-paid billing system that ensures scalability, flexibility, and real-time capabilities for MVNO support. 2. Modules for gathering and consolidating traffic usage data, which is vital for customer billing. 3. Monitoring and processing of billing accounts in overdue status. **ACHIEVED RESULTS** The mobile platform developed for MVNOs has been successfully implemented for telecommunications companies, banks, retailers, and others. It now serves various countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Pacific region, providing a cost-effective solution for establishing MVNOs and significantly decreasing time-to-market.

### Client Overview Galnaftogaz is a leading Ukrainian fuel retail chain known for its 400 "OKKO" gas stations, which also feature convenience stores. ### Challenges **Outdated Technology:** The current technology stack was outdated, hindering efforts to enhance the Point of Sale (POS) system with new features. It failed to align with Galnaftogaz's goal of improving customer experience through innovative services. **Inefficient Service Delivery:** Customers typically spend around 134 seconds in a convenience store, with 21 seconds dedicated to the checkout.
