Talent Solutions for Property Mgmt & Real Estate

Houwzer

The Challenge: In the first quarter of 2016, the company enlisted JANE's assistance to improve its hiring process and refine its selection methods for professionals, many of whom did not have prior real estate experience. The Solution: JANE collaborated with Houwzer to create ideal candidate profiles (ICP) for their sales agents and administrative staff. A dedicated hiring specialist from JANE then crafted job advertisements, developed a recruitment strategy, and established a screening process, implementing it within Houwzer's applicant tracking system (ATS). The Outcome: Through JANE, Houwzer has filled various positions, including real estate agents, lead managers, administrative staff, mortgage loan officers, and general managers. Houwzer continues to rely on JANE for its recruitment efforts and has expanded to over 60 employees. The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School
