This case study illustrates how an innovative company utilized Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud to enhance its Vendor Management Extranet. **INTRODUCTION: VENDOR MANAGEMENT CHALLENGE** All businesses depend on vendors for essential goods and services, making effective vendor management imperative. Our client, a mid-sized company, struggled to manage multiple vendors while ensuring compliance with contracts. **THE VISION: M365 CLOUD EMPOWERMENT** To tackle this issue, our client set out to transform vendor management practices. They envisioned an Extranet hosted on the M365 Cloud that would provide real-time insights into vendor performance, contract conditions, and key performance indicators (KPIs). **CLIENT SITE | TOP SITE** The primary site offered real-time updates through RSS feeds, which improved vendor management by providing timely information. The project dashboard was connected to Microsoft Planner, facilitating efficient project planning and dashboard development. **CLIENT STAFF ONLY DOCUMENT LIBRARY** A dedicated document library simplified permission management for BTTG contributors.
