Application Development
Industry: Automotive parts manufacturing. We have undertaken several projects for our valued client:
- TQS: A training management solution designed for technical staff, focusing on resource allocation based on their technical competencies.
- TQS-BSS: An extension of TQS, the Badge Scanning System allows for the assignment of resources to specific production lines through badge scanning, considering the technical skills of the workforce.
Technology used: MS ASP.NET MVP, Web API, and MS SQL ERP. We created a module to integrate with the existing CRM/ERP system, which managed the receipt of goods from suppliers at the warehouse entrance utilizing handheld scanning devices.
Technology used: ERP - Microsoft ASP.NET + SQL Server. All of the aforementioned Bosch applications were connected with SAP, the legacy ERP system utilized globally by Bosch.
FOR-FCR: This application helps track scrap inventory from the production line and facilitates scrap management throughout the manufacturing process. It generates statistics on scrap production and calculates material costs. Its primary purpose is to collect and report failures that occur during daily production, providing essential data for quality assurance, management oversight, and process stability. This solution is also integrated with SAP.
Technology: Oracle, .NET, AngularJS SPA, D3.js, Active Directory, SAP integration, UI/UX, .NET MVC/Web API with Oracle integration, handling large Excel files, and using direct Oracle stored procedures.
Project duration and resources: 1 year, involving 2 developers, 1 QA specialist, and a PM/BA.
