IT Support LA, under the leadership of Yuri Aberfeld, has been serving the Greater Los Angeles and Ventura County regions since its establishment in 2002. Thanks to the distinctive internal culture, policies, and procedures implemented by Yuri, we were able to swiftly adapt during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. While managing 2,000 devices, we successfully transitioned nearly our entire client base to remote work with secure and dependable connections. Every adjustment and policy update we've made since the outset has aimed to strengthen these principles within our workplace. Our focus is on improving the client experience—using straightforward, accessible language rather than technical jargon—so that all our clients feel at ease and assured that we understand and address their concerns effectively. Over the years, IT Support LA has been actively involved in the community, participating in advisory boards for various local charities and organizations. Recently, CEO Yuri was appointed to the Board of Trustees of The San Fernando Valley Bar Association, with which we have had a long-standing relationship as a ‘non-attorney’ member.
