Marshall Digital Solutions is an advisory firm led by experienced professionals, specializing in infrastructure and security. Our goal is to identify and address hidden IT risks without fostering ongoing dependency. We collaborate with business owners and operations leaders who have existing IT systems but may lack confidence in them due to reasons like undocumented processes, ambiguous ownership, or excessive reliance on vendors or managed service providers (MSPs). Our projects are clearly defined in scope and focused on achieving results, encompassing infrastructure audits, recovery of ownership and access, MSP transition support, and remediation centered on documentation. We provide detailed written outputs and ensure a smooth handover upon project completion. We do not offer helpdesk support, managed IT services, retainers, or continuous operational assistance. Our approach involves entering the situation, stabilizing it, documenting the processes, and then exiting.
