Just Share branding and website refresh

Just Share

**Introduction** Just Share reached out to various companies for a rebranding initiative, as well as to redesign and rebuild their website. Ultimately, our proposal was accepted. **Challenges** The project began with a brand refresh, requiring a modern and appealing website redesign. It also necessitated a complete overhaul of the site’s architecture to enhance navigation ease. Just Share is a non-profit organization focused on shareholder activism and regularly publishes resources in PDF format. Over time, their previous website had expanded significantly, making it increasingly difficult for users to locate relevant documents. Addressing this issue was essential for this vital legal archive. Technically, the restructuring needed to preserve their extensive database, URL structure, and permalinks since many external sites referenced their resources. Additionally, the previous web developer had resigned, prompting us to establish a long-term support strategy for such a large and intricate website. **Solution** Beginning with the brand refresh, we simplified the logo from a colorful, intricate design to a streamlined silhouette that retained elements of the original. This logo redesign guided the broader branding strategy. Using FlowMapp software, we conducted several video conferences with Just Share to tackle the main issues surrounding the site’s architecture and navigation. This enabled us to create a user-friendly navigation system to access resources through either the "What we Do" mega-menu or the Resources mega-menu. We continue to collaborate with Just Share, providing support and developing new sections, including a digital media section featuring videos and podcasts. We also introduced several new post types to serve these new areas. **Impact** Just Share expressed great satisfaction with the outcomes, both in terms of user interface and website management. We are pleased to maintain a strong partnership with the Just Share team.

Henlo Coffee website

Henlo Coffee

Henlo Coffee aimed to enhance their online presence by creating a contemporary and user-friendly website that highlights their products and allows customers to subscribe for updates. **Scope of Work** The project's scope encompassed the design and development of a single-page website featuring a sleek and modern layout, intuitive navigation, and responsive design for optimal viewing across all devices. Additionally, the site would incorporate a Mailchimp signup form. **The Challenge** The website's design needed to align with the brand's identity while showcasing the product—a state-of-the-art, programmable barista coffee machine that offers customizable parameters for crafting the perfect cup of coffee. The intended audience consists of restaurateurs and coffee bar owners familiar with coffee machines, resulting in a website content that is somewhat technical. **The Solution** Tiber/Firefly gradients set a cozy coffee shop ambiance, complemented by sophisticated sandal gold accents and subtle entrance animations. A well-crafted video in the hero section provides a quick overview of the product. Soft gradients enhance elegant number counters and technical diagrams that animate smoothly during scrolling. The Mailchimp signup form aligns seamlessly with the brand's aesthetic. **Conclusion** This project enabled us to assist Henlo Coffee in modernizing their online presence and reaching new customers. We are excited to continue collaborating with Henlo Coffee and support their online growth in the future.

**Introduction:** The project involved revamping the website for PostModern Studios, a comprehensive post-production company. The updated site includes a new logo, custom animated video sliders, video galleries, and profiles of team members. **Challenges:** The homepage was required to be extremely minimalist while still being highly functional to effectively showcase the client's primary projects. Since the website primarily served as a video portfolio, a key challenge was determining the best way to display the content. After finalizing the design, we had to adapt to the system used by the previous website, along with an added challenge of presenting each team member's portfolio. **Solution:** We utilized a popular slider plugin as a foundation, enhancing it significantly with CSS and JavaScript to create a clean, informative, and impactful homepage with high performance. The video galleries incorporated the same plugin as the old website but were updated to meet modern design and functionality standards with minimal CSS and JavaScript adjustments. A similar strategy was employed for the talent library, enhancing its existing features with CSS and JavaScript. **Impact:** By leveraging existing code and plugins, we managed to keep costs low while producing a website that looked markedly different and far more contemporary than its predecessor. The final result was sleek, understated, and minimalist. The client expressed great satisfaction with the outcome and shared that many industry peers were equally impressed after seeing the new site.
