His sons, Brice and Craig, started working alongside him during their high school years and took over the business on April 1, 2014. In April of 2015, the company moved from its original location to a larger facility on First Avenue in Hibbing. In January 2020, IRPH made another expansion to its current address at 2205 First Avenue, Hibbing. The team consists of four master plumbers, seven journeyman plumbers, four apprentice plumbers, and one journeyman sheet metal worker. Additional plumbers are recruited from the local union hall as needed.
