Inuits is an IT staffing firm located in Kraków, Poland. We assist technology companies in the US and Western Europe with building and expanding their engineering teams through staff augmentation, direct recruitment, and strategic advisory services when they require more than just new hires. Since our establishment in 2019, the US has been our main market, representing about half of our current business. This influences our approach, which emphasizes distributed teams, asynchronous collaboration, and successfully integrating remote hires into teams they may not meet in person. Our core offering is Talent-as-a-Service. If your team needs a backend developer, Big Data engineer, DevOps specialist, or UI/UX designer, we identify suitable candidates, assess their technical and cultural compatibility, and manage all the backend processes, including employment contracts, payroll, and compliance with Polish law. You oversee the work while we provide a single transparent monthly invoice with no long-term commitments. In addition to staff augmentation, we conduct direct IT recruitment for companies looking to establish a permanent workforce and offer IT strategy and business consulting for clients entering the European market, undergoing technology transformations, or making significant scaling decisions that require senior-level input before increasing their headcount. Our projects can start with just one professional and grow significantly; our largest ongoing partnership has seen over 40 people embedded simultaneously. We handle backend and full-stack development, Big Data, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, UI/UX design, and AI-related positions. Our clients include SymphonyAI, Cin7, TrueCommerce, 1010data, Audigent, CAS, Julius by Triller, Hakka, Digitrans, Sportoase, and KrakSpire, and we have offices in Poland, Belgium, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine. We were founded in 2019.
