STN Charms for Station Casinos

Intergalactic has teamed up with Station Casinos and Mintable to create the STN Charms program, an innovative NFT-driven loyalty initiative for Station Casinos' clientele. Station Casinos aimed to improve its customer loyalty program by incorporating NFT technology to provide members of its Boarding Pass loyalty program with a distinctive and engaging experience. The goal was to establish a seamless, user-friendly platform where guests could buy, sell, and trade collectible charms while retaining the thrill of casino gaming. Given Intergalactic's proficiency in Web3 blockchain technology and experience in creating captivating digital platforms, Station Casinos turned to our team to realize this vision. We collaborated closely with the innovative team at Station Casinos and Mintable, a blockchain platform focused on NFTs, to construct an interoperable Web3 loyalty program. The main aspects of the solution included: 1. Strategy and Design: Intergalactic partnered with Station Casinos to refine the customer loyalty strategy and design the digital Charm tokens, enhancing the gaming experience. 2. Application Development: Our team created an intuitive application that enabled guests to buy and sell collectible charms, enriching the gaming experience while allowing guests to earn rewards as they played. 3. Web3 Integration: We developed the necessary Web3 applications and APIs for the STN Charms program, ensuring a smooth integration with the existing casino systems. 4. Ongoing Support: Intergalactic will continue to oversee the STN Charms program, managing the Web3 applications and APIs while providing updates and enhancements to maintain the platform's success.

Microsoft Minecraft Quest

Following the success of Intergalactic's 2021 Minecraft Scavenger Hunt, Microsoft and Mojang Studios again entrusted us to enhance in-store sales of Minecraft merchandise at Big W stores in Australia in 2023. In early 2023, Intergalactic launched its second retail initiative for Microsoft Minecraft: The Minecraft Quest WebAR game. This initiative aimed to provide an immersive and engaging experience for Minecraft fans, promoting the franchise's iconic characters while encouraging Big W shoppers to explore the physical store. Intergalactic took the lead on the concept, design, and development of the AR game, overseeing everything from user experience and interface to onboarding, as well as the creation of all CG assets for the Minecraft world. We collaborated with Merchantwise Group, whose expertise in licensing and point-of-sale operations helped bring our AR experience to life, creating an enjoyable in-store experience for shoppers of all ages. The Minecraft Quest was developed using Niantic's 8th Wall, which utilized advanced WebAR technology, making the retail experience easily accessible without the need for a downloadable app. Users accessed the Minecraft Quest website on their mobile devices to embark on a hunt for Minecraft characters placed on in-store signage. Virtual portals linked users to the Minecraft universe, offering a distinct AR experience. The Minecraft Quest built on the success of the preceding Minecraft AR experience, which had increased Big W's SKU sales by an impressive 250%. The campaign recorded over 12,500 unique user experiences across all Big W locations throughout the 30-day promotion, averaging around 450 users daily. Ultimately, this project underscores the effectiveness of an engaging gamified experience in retail and exemplifies how to integrate digital innovation with retail strategies to create an immersive user experience that drives in-store sales.

EY Robots Interactive Tour

We collaborated with EY as the creative technology partner for Ogilvy, assisting in the global launch of an interactive DOOH robot experience aimed at enhancing EY's image as a leader in technology. By utilizing Unreal Engine, IR sensors, and 4K displays, we created a multi-user interactive experience that highlighted EY's innovative and progressive culture. The Robot Wall traveled to 20 locations around the world, from public venues to events geared towards CEOs, appealing to a wide range of audiences. Our event toolkit enabled EY's marketing teams to efficiently plan and execute events, while we handled logistics, creative updates, and analytics, ultimately recording a total of 1,664,903 engagements and 582,814 significant interactions.
