From zero to eight million views in six months!
DAPSA is a network of over 200 service stations located across Argentina, providing high-quality fuel, vehicle maintenance products, and various complementary services. At Interactivity, our objective was clear: to shift away from a sterile corporate image and create a brand that feels approachable, authentic, and human—one that can genuinely connect with its consumers. When we began collaborating with DAPSA, the brand had not been active on social media for almost three years. Thus, we developed a comprehensive strategy to revitalize its voice, re-engage its diverse audiences—such as private drivers, truckers, and distributors—and reestablish its digital presence. We chose several content creators, including Sebastián Boedo and Matute Lera, to put a human touch on the brand and encourage public interaction with the service stations. From November 2024 to April 2025, we produced 12 influencer videos, 17 carousels, and 4 standout pieces, garnering over 8.5 million views across both paid and organic content. Building on audience feedback, we launched a new content series from a service station, featuring a mobile lab to address real user inquiries—an opportunity to foster trust, transparency, and strengthen the connection between the brand and its community. Within just six months, DAPSA’s engagement rate more than doubled, exceeding the average for its category. Additionally, website traffic surged by 41%, a direct result of the content strategy. In a highly competitive industry, DAPSA opted for a unique approach: listening before communicating. When it did share its message, it used its own voice through authentic content and a strategy focused on human connection.
