CHALLENGE Our client faced difficulties in generating leads through outbound outreach to e-commerce merchants. SOLUTION We tracked the client's total addressable market (TAM) for businesses receiving complaints about lost, damaged, or stolen packages online. Furthermore, we examined the shipping policies of target accounts to pinpoint weaknesses. We developed a bot that visited each website, added a product to the cart, and took a screenshot during the checkout process.
