Our forward-thinking partners entrusted us with a challenging mission: to leverage the scientific capabilities of the Apple Watch's electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. The objective was to turn it into innovative health analytics for wellness and fitness lovers. However, this was only the starting point. Our partners sought more than an app; they envisioned a comprehensive workout management platform that included video exercises, supplement features, and flawless backend integration as essential components. To achieve this, we developed a unique scientific algorithm that converts ECG data into metabolic insights. By tracking metabolism variations throughout the day, users receive customized health analytics and body recovery evaluations. We also took our scientific algorithms and translated them into refined C++ code, which formed the foundational module for our mobile applications. We created native iOS and Android versions of the app, ensuring smooth integration with the Apple Watch. The primary focus of the app is on personalized workouts, which include a diverse range of gym and home exercises. On the backend, we designed a custom workout management system tailored to meet users' specific parameters and fitness goals. This system features data analytics calculations, including tracking metabolic rates based on ECG data. Additionally, we integrated AWS for the storage and processing of all user health and fitness data, providing a secure and efficient way to manage personal information.
