Academic Management System

OBE

The primary system needed immediate reconstruction to align with the standards set by the management educational organization of OBE. The key issue was that the virtual environment was malfunctioning, providing academic users with outdated and incorrect information. The software architecture was designed using outdated methods that did not meet current industry standards, resulting in ongoing problems. Additionally, there was a lack of proper organization of educational materials and documents within the virtual environment. Many of the existing features were not useful, inaccurate, and only served to confuse users.

Educational platform

Swiss-scholar

We have created a dedicated educational platform designed to support both students and adults with their academic tasks, including assignments, presentations, exams, and online courses.

Digitalization and conversion to SaaS

Jincom

1. Digitalization process: Create a minimum viable product (MVP) for a web-based e-learning application that will feature a customized SCORM viewer along with new functionalities not available in the previous version. 2. Shift to Agile and development of new features: After the launch, develop and incorporate additional features into the e-learning platform in response to changing customer needs and feedback. 3. Transition to SaaS: The original product was overly customized for the largest client, which restricted its attractiveness and market potential for other clients. To tackle this issue, a plan was implemented to convert the product into a more flexible SaaS platform that caters to a wider range of customers.
