Integrated Virtual Workspace Solution

Business Sherpa Group Inc.

**Introduction** Business Sherpa Group (BSG) is a consultancy firm focused on providing flexible, sustainable, and affordable business management solutions to assist its members in overcoming challenges posed by limited resources and high consultation costs. **Problem** BSG previously handled client information through a manual onboarding process, which involved several time-consuming steps. This inefficiency was a significant obstacle, prompting BSG to seek an optimized, automated solution to streamline the lead creation and client onboarding processes and minimize the risk of data entry errors. **Solution** To establish a Virtual Workspace that enables the BSG team to efficiently manage client projects, Intelligenes implemented Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint to enhance BSG's onboarding, tracking, and management procedures for clients. The system was integrated with key tools, incorporating automated workflows and Insightly CRM integration to trigger specific events and carry out essential steps needed to gather data for lead creation, the initial phase of client onboarding. Additionally, Planner was integrated to design project plans and monitor daily tasks for each project. **Result** BSG has successfully improved its client and project management operations. The Virtual Workspace has streamlined the client onboarding process, significantly decreasing processing time, costs, and resource expenditure, enabling the organization to reach its goals more effectively. CTO & QA Services for Ride Sharing Start Up

TwoFerry

**Introduction:** Two Ferry is a ride-hailing service based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Two Ferry team identified a gap in the market, where no service catered to individuals wanting to leave their vehicles behind after attending late-night events to avoid parking tickets. While this was primarily for safety reasons, having to retrieve their cars the next morning posed challenges for users running errands or commuting to work. **Problem:** When we began this project, Two Ferry was experiencing development delays due to a previous team that had left the project incomplete. This setback significantly affected Two Ferry’s internal timelines and their ability to launch. They needed to expedite the development process and release the app promptly. **Solution:** Upon taking over from the prior partner, we completely assumed responsibility for managing all aspects of the app. Our CTO personally engaged to realign the project and oversaw a dedicated team of developers and QA engineers. His primary objective was to assist the client in restructuring the stalled project strategy and roadmap. We prioritized user-friendliness to ensure a smooth and straightforward ride-hailing experience. **Result:** The Intelligenes team encountered various challenges, but after numerous bug fixes and diligent efforts, everything came together. Within a few weeks, the technical team, under our CTO’s continuous guidance and expertise, successfully delivered the app, which the Two Ferry team launched in Spring 2021. Partner Portal for a Leading Technology Firm

Konica Minolta (MENA)

**Introduction** Konica Minolta is a worldwide leader in business printing and optical imaging technologies, offering solutions in sectors such as healthcare, IoT, measuring instruments, and textiles. The company prioritizes innovation, consistently launching new and groundbreaking solutions in the market. With a presence in 49 countries, Konica Minolta maintains a global operation. **Problem** Konica Minolta Middle East has an extensive network of partners and distributors throughout the region. Each year, the company introduces new products, which poses challenges in providing comprehensive training to partners following each launch. Organizing in-person training is both costly and time-consuming, and it often results in low retention of the educational material. Consequently, Konica Minolta sought to develop a learning platform for its partners and distributors to create and share training content related to their products. **Solution** We established a comprehensive partner network that included not just training elements but also a sales competition among partners. This system enabled Konica Minolta to create and publish product materials on the Partner Portal. Partners were empowered to manage their users and assign them courses based on their specific product portfolios. **Result** By implementing this solution, Konica Minolta and its partners addressed a major hurdle in accessing updated training and sales-ready information about their products, ultimately improving customer retention and sales volumes. The transition to an online partner portal significantly lowered training costs, allowing Konica Minolta to reallocate resources towards customer-focused initiatives and sales advantages.
