**Introduction** Business Sherpa Group (BSG) is a consultancy firm focused on providing flexible, sustainable, and affordable business management solutions to assist its members in overcoming challenges posed by limited resources and high consultation costs. **Problem** BSG previously handled client information through a manual onboarding process, which involved several time-consuming steps. This inefficiency was a significant obstacle, prompting BSG to seek an optimized, automated solution to streamline the lead creation and client onboarding processes and minimize the risk of data entry errors. **Solution** To establish a Virtual Workspace that enables the BSG team to efficiently manage client projects, Intelligenes implemented Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint to enhance BSG's onboarding, tracking, and management procedures for clients. The system was integrated with key tools, incorporating automated workflows and Insightly CRM integration to trigger specific events and carry out essential steps needed to gather data for lead creation, the initial phase of client onboarding. Additionally, Planner was integrated to design project plans and monitor daily tasks for each project. **Result** BSG has successfully improved its client and project management operations. **Introduction:** Two Ferry is a ride-hailing service based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Two Ferry team identified a gap in the market, where no service catered to individuals wanting to leave their vehicles behind after attending late-night events to avoid parking tickets. While this was primarily for safety reasons, having to retrieve their cars the next morning posed challenges for users running errands or commuting to work. **Problem:** When we began this project, Two Ferry was experiencing development delays due to a previous team that had left the project incomplete. This setback significantly affected Two Ferry’s internal timelines and their ability to launch. They needed to expedite the development process and release the app promptly. **Solution:** Upon taking over from the prior partner, we completely assumed responsibility for managing all aspects of the app. Our CTO personally engaged to realign the project and oversaw a dedicated team of developers and QA engineers. His primary objective was to assist the client in restructuring the stalled project strategy and roadmap.
