Creation of a Center Of Excellence in Automation

A large corporation in the energy sector sought to begin its journey into robotic process automation (RPA) but lacked internal expertise. Our agency was engaged to conduct an initial assessment to ensure the viability and success of RPA implementation. Following the evaluation, we contributed to: - The implementation and ongoing enhancement of the UiPath infrastructure - The development of a standardized framework and guidelines to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices across all business process automations - The creation of thousands of new automated processes in UiPath, along with providing Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and maintenance manuals for each automation - The design of custom components to expedite development and prevent code duplication while improving the maintenance of existing automations - The management of multiple orchestrators - Training and coaching for 12 internal team members Within three years, the newly established RPA division achieved impressive outcomes, with annual savings averaging €4 million.

Flutter app to improve company's communication

Unknown

If you're a train enthusiast, you might be aware that railroad maintainers and assistants operate from different locations. However, this doesn't stop them from communicating via phone to resolve issues and uphold safety protocols. What if there was a quicker method for sharing information? This was the challenge presented by an International Consulting Firm that focuses on digital business solutions. To meet this challenge, technical teams developed two interconnected systems: a web application for the assistants and a mobile application for maintainers, designed to run on tablets. Our team was responsible for the app. How did we make it significant? 1. We created a prototype 2. We selected Flutter, a cross-platform application framework that utilizes a single codebase 3. We provided multiple releases to the client’s team for their review and feedback on enhancements. The web application and mobile app operate together: maintainers can log in and access a list of tasks generated by the assistants. Each task details the work location, the problematic tracks, and the necessary type of intervention. Once the maintainers have addressed the issue and updated the status of the task, the assistants are immediately notified that everything is back on track.
