About the Team
OUR STORY
During the 2020 quarantine, New Mexico's longstanding businesses closed, and the vibrant film industry fell silent, leaving many cast and crew members without work. In response, lifelong New Mexican Keagan Karnes teamed up with Los Angeles transplant Richard Farmer, combining over 30 years of film experience to take initiative. They founded Inspirado, a production company based entirely in New Mexico, dedicated to producing digital content, commercials, and feature films. Their mission is to nurture a genuine filmmaking community statewide, not to compete as a secondary option to major studio productions or coastal shoots, but to proudly create original art within the Land of Enchantment.
