Project Details: In collaboration with the tracdelight team, Infoleven fully renovated and migrated the old system to a newly constructed platform. We reengineered the publisher platform, working on both front-end and back-end components while preserving the original business logic. Additionally, we enhanced the user interface. We developed an automation tool that enables publishers to create widgets that automatically populate with a specified set of products, allowing users to select from various layouts and product collections. All available products can be filtered by criteria such as category, price, brand, etc., with some filters offering an include/exclude option. A significant benefit of the application is its accurate statistics that provide detailed insights into the traffic and clicks on bloggers’ websites, aiding publishers in refining their advertising strategies. Infoleven contributed to adjusting and writing the backend logic for statistics and completely developed the front end. We also created an extension for generating tracking links compatible with Google Chrome. Our partners at tracdelight appreciated our team's ability to employ agile methodology and work alongside a product owner from their side. Our team effectively collaborated with a larger project team spread across various locations.

This comprehensive view allows users to gain insights into customer behavior and enhances client segmentation and purchasing predictions. The gathered data also facilitates improved support services, tailored sales offers, and marketing communications. Our team developed two web services, ValidateTopup and ActionTopup, for managing prepaid cards. Customers provide a verification code from their prepaid card, which ValidateTopup checks for validation, confirming the cash amount provided and determining whether to proceed with the top-up. All top-up attempts are first authorized through this service before any action is taken. ActionTopup carries out the actual top-up following approval from ValidateTopup. Melita supplies internet broadband to its customers through company-owned modems and routers. Therefore, the teams responsible for managing these devices needed a method to remotely monitor and identify modems and routers requiring maintenance. The system we helped them build gathers data from these devices and delivers various analytics to technicians.
