tracdelight affiliate network platform

TracDelight

Brief Overview: tracdelight GmbH is Germany's leading network and full-service provider for authentic influencer marketing at both micro and macro levels. The company connects content creators like bloggers and influencers with brands in the fashion, beauty, home, food, and sports sectors, enabling them to monetize their presence by promoting products on social media and blogs. Project Details: In collaboration with the tracdelight team, Infoleven fully renovated and migrated the old system to a newly constructed platform. We reengineered the publisher platform, working on both front-end and back-end components while preserving the original business logic. Additionally, we enhanced the user interface. We developed an automation tool that enables publishers to create widgets that automatically populate with a specified set of products, allowing users to select from various layouts and product collections. All available products can be filtered by criteria such as category, price, brand, etc., with some filters offering an include/exclude option. A significant benefit of the application is its accurate statistics that provide detailed insights into the traffic and clicks on bloggers’ websites, aiding publishers in refining their advertising strategies. Infoleven contributed to adjusting and writing the backend logic for statistics and completely developed the front end. We also created an extension for generating tracking links compatible with Google Chrome. Our partners at tracdelight appreciated our team's ability to employ agile methodology and work alongside a product owner from their side. Our team effectively collaborated with a larger project team spread across various locations.

Process flow management system

Unknown

Brief overview: Our client is a prominent auto repair firm specializing in restoring vehicles affected by disasters. They collaborate with vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies, and dealer associations. The aim of the project is to enhance process flow management through a software solution compatible with both web and tablet devices. Project specifics: We managed the complete software development lifecycle for this project, encompassing concept creation, design, technical architecture, implementation, quality assurance, and final delivery. The software solution we developed oversees comprehensive process flow management. This high-performance platform facilitates the organization and coordination of various stakeholders involved. Mechanics can efficiently process a significant number of damaged vehicles needing repairs in a short timeframe. Additionally, the system streamlines the organization and management of parts delivery from multiple suppliers, resulting in increased productivity, seamless workflow, and improved overall performance.

Dedicated team for a telecom partner

Unknown

Brief Overview: We develop and integrate new software systems for one of Malta's leading telecommunications companies, which offers mobile services, landlines, internet, Wi-Fi, and television. Project Details: We have implemented several solutions, including a customer profile system that captures comprehensive customer data from various channels and accounts. This data encompasses demographics, financial transactions, environmental factors (such as profession, education, income, and retail or travel expenditures), behaviors (like digital footprints from website visits, mobile app usage, or social media interactions), and social interactions (including likes, retweets, and comments). This comprehensive view allows users to gain insights into customer behavior and enhances client segmentation and purchasing predictions. The gathered data also facilitates improved support services, tailored sales offers, and marketing communications. Our team developed two web services, ValidateTopup and ActionTopup, for managing prepaid cards. Customers provide a verification code from their prepaid card, which ValidateTopup checks for validation, confirming the cash amount provided and determining whether to proceed with the top-up. All top-up attempts are first authorized through this service before any action is taken. ActionTopup carries out the actual top-up following approval from ValidateTopup. Melita supplies internet broadband to its customers through company-owned modems and routers. Therefore, the teams responsible for managing these devices needed a method to remotely monitor and identify modems and routers requiring maintenance. The system we helped them build gathers data from these devices and delivers various analytics to technicians.
