Atlantic Station Rebrand & Website

OBJECTIVE Atlantic Station has become a well-known landmark in Atlanta, Georgia, often described as a city within a city. This mixed-use development boasts its own zip code and is prominently located along one of the city's busiest traffic routes. As Atlanta expanded and new attractions emerged, Hines Commercial recognized the need for a brand refresh for Atlantic Station to align with this growth and development. SOLUTION To maintain the established brand recognition, we retained the name, logo, and color scheme, while creating a fresh concept that highlights the abbreviation and icon “AS.” The term AS symbolizes a connection and the relationship between Atlantic Station and its patrons, emphasizing the variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options available. We incorporated vibrant product-focused photography from the shops and restaurants, set against bright backgrounds. Each event and diverse amenity was given a unique identity, consistently represented in the market while upholding the Atlantic Station brand's values. This revitalized image was launched through a range of traditional and digital marketing channels, including posters, event calendars, pole banners, shuttle wraps, store directories, magazine advertisements, and more.

Tanger Outlets 2018 Integrated Marketing

OBJECTIVE infinitee has been the primary agency for Tanger Outlets for over 20 years. A key aspect of sustaining this long-term partnership involves the conceptualization and development of Tanger’s national campaign each year. With engaging language and strategic marketing tactics, we effectively communicate the shopping and saving experience at Tanger in innovative ways year after year. The Spring 2018 campaign was no different. SOLUTION infinitee designed and executed the 2018 campaign theme—FEEL THE DEAL. The objective was to motivate shoppers to set aside their devices and experience the deals in person at Tanger, highlighting that the Tanger shopping experience is unparalleled. By featuring a diverse group of individuals across all age groups and product categories, along with a consistent message, this lively campaign illustrates that Tanger offers something—and savings—for everyone! Tanger aligns its annual campaign launch with the debut of the spring TangerStyle sales period. With this in mind, we began planning assets in the fall of 2017, starting with the production of spring film and print materials. We assembled and coordinated styling, photography, and video teams from across the country to deliver a comprehensive campaign executed across multiple platforms, including leasing materials, website content, national television, online videos, national print publications, programmatic digital media, direct mail, outdoor advertising, social media, blogs, radio, and more.

Gables Columbus Center Underwater Photo Shoot

OBJECTIVE Gables Residential, a company focused on multifamily and mixed-use developments, oversees 38,000 apartments and 400,000 square feet of retail space across the United States. They enlisted infinitee to design a sophisticated and distinctive marketing collateral for one of their newest properties, Gables Columbus Center, located in Coral Gables, Florida. This piece was required to embody the modern elegance and amenity-rich character of the community. SOLUTION We proposed an innovative underwater photoshoot to align with the theme and tagline “Immerse Yourself in Elegance.” This creative approach would generate custom images for use in brochures and promotional materials. We discovered a heated pool that was at least 10 feet deep and spacious enough to accommodate two models along with a photography and diving team of five. Our stylist designed a special gown, utilizing 15 yards of tulle fabric to achieve an elegant look that allowed for graceful movement in the water. We also utilized waterproof makeup and specialized camera and lighting equipment. On the day of the shoot, the models spent nine hours in the pool wearing formal attire, including a tuxedo, shoes, and the ethereal dress. They held their breath for an average of two minutes per shot, with divers positioned at the pool's bottom to provide oxygen via tanks as necessary. By the end of the day, we captured over 100 images that significantly contributed to the marketing and leasing efforts for Gables Columbus Center.
