Daily fantasy sports gained immense popularity in 2015, with FanDuel emerging as the frontrunner in the market. Their cutting-edge technology enhanced the fantasy experience by offering weekly winners and substantial cash prizes. Holding a 65% market share, FanDuel set the industry standard, but with the market still developing, there was a rush to attract new players before it became overly saturated. Our task was to create engaging content for social and digital platforms to draw in new participants. Previous heavy spending on traditional media like TV and radio had alienated their desired audience. Therefore, our strategy involved taking a new creative approach, portraying fans as relatable sports enthusiasts who use FanDuel to elevate their viewing experience. We selected everyday FanDuel players from across the country, focusing on those who weren't top winners but enjoyed the thrill of the game. We filmed them in their homes with friends on NFL game days to capture their authentic reactions. During the first week of promotion, these videos transformed FanDuel's digital presence, targeting first-time players through Facebook. After achieving 175,000 views in the opening week, the results were immediate, with a 33% increase in click-through rates and first-time players connecting with the brand in a previously unprecedented way.

We carefully selected artists nationwide to partner with for creating lifestyle images and narratives that showcased Pizza Hut products in relatable settings. ZiegenBock is a distinctive beer from Texas, crafted by Texans for Texans. With a fresh visual identity and packaging introduced, our objective was to launch a campaign that would enhance the beer's visibility among consumers. Although the beer had been established for some time, it struggled to gain notable recognition among Texas consumers. Competing against Shiner, which is named after a Texas town and dominates the Bock category, ZiegenBock needed to emphasize its genuine Texan roots. To do this, we recognized that Texans take immense pride in their state and aimed to share the story of our exceptional beer by highlighting its connection to iconic Texas locations. We designed a campaign that raised awareness through a combination of digital, traditional, and experiential marketing. This included the "Traveling Texas Tales" tour, which positioned ZiegenBock at the heart of legendary Texas spots. Our packaging illustrations were incorporated into our advertising strategy for billboards, point-of-sale materials, digital content, and online videos, effectively promoting the beer in retail environments. The campaign videos featured some of Texas's most famous stories alongside the beer. The results were impressive, with 57,000 weekly impressions and an additional 5 million impressions generated through our Texas artists' Spotify playlist. Overall, the campaign's outcomes were remarkable, with programmatic ads achieving over 30 million impressions. The point-of-sale materials and out-of-home advertising led to a 22% increase in features and a 45% enhancement in signage displays at retail locations.
